Check, Refresh, Survive!

At The Survival Co. our mission is to help you stay prepared for any unforeseen circumstances. We understand the importance of having a fully stocked and up-to-date survival kit, and we want to remind you of the need to periodically check the items in your kit.

As the weeks turn into months, certain items in your survival kit may expire or lose their effectiveness. That's why we recommend checking your kit every three months to ensure all items remain in optimal condition. Regular maintenance ensures that you are prepared for any situation that may arise.

If you have one of our kits - check the following items to ensure they are still in date:

- Aquatabs (Water Purification Tabs)

- 3600 Calorie Emergency Ration Bar

- First Aid Kit Items

- Wet Wipes

- Hand Sanitiser

- Batteries

Our torches carry AAA batteries. If you have one of our older Veon pocket radios, spare AAA batteries will be required. Our newer Raiseng portable radios have a rechargeable battery but can also carry AA batteries so ensure you have spare AA batteries on hand.

If you have built your own kit - check bottled water is still in date. If you are storing water, ensure this is replaced every 6 months and stored in a cool dark place.

Replace anything that is not working or food items that have degraded and don't forget to check any medicines that you may have added to the kits to ensure these are also still in date.

Think about setting a reminder in your calendar every three months. Regularly reviewing your survival kit is an essential part of preparedness.

In the event that you discover any expired or damaged items, we have a solution for you! Introducing our Total Replenishment Kit - a convenient package that includes all the necessary items to replace your expired survival essentials.
